The best solution fort he buildings such as factory,warehouse where heat isolution is necessary. Sandwich panels with polyurethan filling are used for thermo doors. Two sides of the panel are polyurethan,density of 45 kg /m3, as galvanized sheet as 0.55 mm. Service door,window and air ventilation can be designed as required.

Isolized sandwich panels have been used at these doors.Two sides of panels are galvanized sheet as 0.55 mm and there is polyurethan as 45 kg/m3 between them. Standard RAL colour is 9002,but also any required RAL colour may be done. If there is a request,service door,illumination,engine,caraskal system can be designed as optional.
It keeps constant space when it is closed so any finger injury is prevented.

APLICATION

• It is made of isolized sandwich panels and thanks to this feature it obtains high quality of sound and heat isolation.
• Panels are depth of 45 mm and density of 45 kg/m3 polyurethan is injected between galvanized sheet as 0,5mm
• Joints of the panels are designed as the cautious of any finger injury.
• It activies manual easily due to balancing with setting bows.
• It is protected on all sides with the gaskets,preventing the penetration of dust,sound,and heat.
• Staff door,illumination or pneumatic power can be designed as required.
• Standard colour of panel is RAL9002.
